The Research Network for Student Research Centres brings together scientists from universities who have an interest in learning in student research centers. The network meets at regular intervals to coordinate research activities among its members.
The aim of the network (Research Network fpr Student Research Centres), in which universities and associated student research centers participate, is the collaborative processing of research questions by the universities involved, so that fundamental insights into personal and socio-cultural aspects of learning in student research centers are possible in a generalized form.
The network is currently planning to integrate such research activities into teaching at universities. In concrete terms, students are to be won over for a joint research colloquium, which provides resources and exchange opportunities for working on joint research questions. The network is funded by the Joachim Herz Foundation.
